Important Notes:

• All delivery times are based on business days and exclude holidays.

• We do not ship to Switzerland.

 

Packaging:
The EZRA tool is shipped in a sturdy plywood box. A screwdriver with a TORX 15 head is required to open the box.

Processing Time:
The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days after payment and order confirmation.

Returns:
You can return the product within 14 days after receipt. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer.
