Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses on the website of EZRA Solutions SIA, Kurmenes iela 44, Balvu novads, Rugāji, LV-4570, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as "EZRA Solutions" or "we").

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by you. Should the ordered product not be available because we have not been supplied by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will reimburse any payments you have already made.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Withdrawal Policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For all defects occurring within the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to rectification (repair or replacement) and – if the legal requirements are met – the additional rights to a reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Latvian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention, if you are domiciled in Latvia. For consumers domiciled in the EU, Latvian law also applies unless mandatory consumer protection regulations in the country where the consumer is domiciled take precedence.
